ทำไม Uinvest จึงต้องตรวจสอบ?
การโดนตรวจสอบเกิดจากทาง Uinvest สงสัยว่าบัญชีนั้นผิดปรกติ เช่น เราได้ปันผลจากหุ้น A มา และขายหุ้น A ทิ้ง แล้วถอนเงินออกทั้งหมด ซึ่งมันเข้าข่ายผิดปรกติค่ะ ดังนั้นเราไม่ควรทำแบบนั้น แนะนำให้ถอนในส่วนของปันผลออกมาก่อนเท่านั้น ที่ Uinvest ต้องตรวจสอบเพราะป้องกันการโกงค่าคอมมิชั่นและป้องกันพวกแฮกเกอร์เข้าระบบ เพื่อถอนเงินออกตัวอย่างอีเมลของผู้ที่โดนตรวจสอบ

Uinvest จะสอบถามเราดังนี้
1. What was your last IP address?IP ที่ใช้งานล่าสุด เราสามารถเช๊คได้จากอีเมลที่เรายืนยันตอน login ค่ะตัวอย่างรูปด้านล่าง
2. What was your last purchase in Uinvest?
ชื่อหุ้นที่ซื้อล่าสุดเราสามารถดูได้จาก Assets Management–>Orders
3. Why did you sell a lot of shares and withdraw money?
บอกรายละเอียดให้ทาง Uinvest ทราบว่า ทำไมเราจึงขายหุ้น และถอนเงินออกมา
4. we need your ID documents. Please, send us a scan-copy of your passport or driver license. It has to include your photo and name in English
แสกนรูปบัตรประชาชน หรือใบขับขี่ที่มีชื่อเราเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ 1รูป
5. เมื่อได้ครบทั้ง 4อย่างแล้วให้ กด “Reply” ตอบกลับในอีเมลนั้น และแน๊ปรูปบัตรลงไปด้วยค่ะ
เมื่อเรากรอกรายละเอียดต่างๆลงไปครบแล้วให้รอ UInvest ตรวจสอบข้อมูล ปรกติจะใช้เวลา 3-5วัน ค่ะ
